What are the perks of domestic or international mediation and arbitration?
Mediation as well as arbitration procedures are a form of dispute resolution mechanisms that contractually bring the conflicting parties to an ultimate agreement. Whilst mediation procedures are naturally voluntary, i.e. a party can participate and exist the mediation at any given time, arbitration procedures at any international arbitration centre are triggered provided both disputing parties have contractually agreed to arbitration procedures. The arbitral award is strictly final and binding for both disputing parties. This concept makes B2B traffic more secure and disburdens the legal court system.
Am I bound to a lawyer’s fee or different recurring costs upon initial contact?
Laubenstein provides consultation services external to the legal court system. We operate as representatives, mediator’s or arbitrator’s upon appointment as such. A lawyer’s fee does not occur, neither any different costs other than our fixed services fee.
